The Cancer Proteome Atlas (TCPA) Project based on Mass Spectrometry

MS-based TCPA a grass-roots initiative started by Connie Jimenez (Amsterdam UMC, The Netherlands and co-chair of the HUPO Cancer Project), who teamed up with Tiannan Guo (Westlake University, China) during the HUPO2017 meeting in Dublin. MS-based TCPA is currently a joined effort of 6 committed cancer proteomics laboratories world-wide.
