Phosphoproteomics identifies new therapies for T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Our study published Feb. 25 in Nature Communications shows that phosphoproteomic profiling can discover novel targets for therapy for T-ALL and it can guide the design of treatment combination strategies when a single therapy is not sufficient.

The analysis of active proteins gives us a more complete picture of the leukemia and allows for selection of a personalized treatment strategy.
