OPL organizes the 13th Fall Meeting of the Netherlands Proteomics Platform

The OPL will host the annual fall meeting of the Netherlands Proteomics Platform on November 8, in Amsterdam (Amstelzaal, VUmc) entitled “Proteomics suite of applications and novel developments”.

Meeting program

The key note lectures will be given by Jan van Oostrum of the Domon lab in Luxembourg on novel developments in targeted mass spectrometry (from SRM to PRM and Swath) and Robbert Slebos of the Liebler lab at Vanderbilt who will talk about proteogenomics and give an update on the proteomics effort of the Cancer Genome Atlas Project (TCGA).
